i felt the strong families lecture really applied to my family and i found it really interesting on how they work. My family and i spend a lot of time together when we get the chance. i assume you can all understand that my family is extremely busy all the time so when we get the opportunity to do something at simple as sit down for dinner together, it's really nice to reconnect and catch up on each other's lives.
My family is really close and i know i could go to any one of them to discuss a problem i had. and this isn't just my immediate family, its my extended family as well. My cousins, aunts, and uncles are all really close and we love spending holidays and doing silly stuff together. This christmas day we all went to my aunt and uncles house and to get in the mood, we had an ugly christmas sweater party with the family. it was so much fun and a great way to spend some different and unique time with each other.
Although we don't always get along, i feel like my family is truly something i can rely on. They are there for me absolutely whenever and support me as much as they can. All in all, i would say i have a strong family.
